Do I need to have a basic knowledge of photography to attend your workshops?

Usually our workshops are open to everyone, even those without experience in photography. We will outline all the necessary information for each workshop.

Does the total cost of the workshop include transportation and accommodation?

Normally these costs are not included. However, we can suggest affordable accomodation and advice on how to reach the studio. All of this information will be available in the workshop’s pdf.

I signed up for a workshop, but I want to cancel my registration. Can I do it? How much time do I have?

Every workshop has different cancellation guidelines. You will find all the instructions in the workshop’s pdf.

How do I change my shipping address?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship items in batches about once a week. From then, national deliveries take about 48 hours, and international ones take about 5-14 days. At the moment, we are also experiencing Covid-19 related delays. Feel free to contact us at for any shipping-related enquiries.

I haven’t received my items. What do I do?

Unfortunately, sometimes packages go missing in the mail. If you think your order was lost, drop us a line at within 21 days for domestic orders and 35 days for international orders. Please, consider that we are also experiencing Covid-19 related delays. We will do our best to support you with your issue.

My order is damaged. What do I do?

If a product is damaged, please keep all the original packaging material and send us an email at within 7 days of receipt. Send us a description of the damage, and please include photos. For more infos please check the Refund and Return policies in our FAQs.

What are your refund and return policies?

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund delivery costs. To be eligible for this, please keep all original packaging material and send us an email at within 7 days of receipt, stating your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items that the return relates to. If the item is damaged, include description of the damage and photos. In this case, we will also refund the delivery costs.
To make a return please send your item back to the following address:

The item should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for any damage incurred to items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged,
in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. We also recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and delivery confirmation. Should we not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once your return is received, we will send you a confirmation email along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the amount on your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
If you have not received your refund, please double check with your card company first, then contact us at Bear in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What happens after placing my order?

I want to become a CESURA photographer. How do I apply?

Becoming a CESURA photographer is only possible through invitation or nomination by current CESURA members. To become members, nominees will complete a two-year period, after which current CESURA members will re-evaluate their updated portfolios and make a final decision.

I would like to publish a book with you. How do I apply?

Cesura Publish publishes the work of CESURA photographers only; however, we are planning open calls in the future to evaluate interesting photobook projects. Watch out for our open calls by subscribing to our newsletter.
