The Behind the Lines workshop aims to provide participants with all the skills necessary to be able to work in reportage photography through a full immersion of 2 days at CESURA headquarter, in Pianello Val Tidone (PC).
Through a discussion moderated by Gabriele Micalizzi between journalist Luca Steinmann and former Corriere della Sera editor Ferruccio De Bortoli, it will address the key points on how to make a good reportage and propose it to editors. The workshop is aimed at those who would like to work in the world of reportage and want to learn the tricks of the trade, but also to photographers who already work in this field and want to deepen their knowledge through a direct confrontation with three professionals. The discussion will range over key issues such as the importance of keeping safe, moving in the field and how to interact with newspapers by responding to their editorial needs without giving up your authorship.
