Bollito Magro! is a series about Sicilian food made in Palermo during Photobuster, a collective project of Cesura in which the group’s photographers are “unleashed” in a city to photograph its most intimate aspects.
Bollito Magro! is a tour among the pillars of the Palermo anointed, in which the ancient tradition of Sicilian street food is shown in a pornographic way.
The aim of the project, after this first stop in Palermo, is to tell the story of a greasy Italy through its ancient culture of street gastronomy and the figures who are part of it.
